Log-off prizes not functioning?

As I was checking for compensation, I found myself due for my regular log-off prize interval and decided to accept it. I did close the process a few times to be sure I got exactly what I want and received the note that I would have a surprise gift in the CS upon relogin. All normal so far. But when I entered the CS, there was nothing to be found. Logged in a second and third time to double check, and even tried it on a different account, and no prizes were rewarded.

Anyone else able to claim their prize recently?

Check back tomorrow, and it should be in the cash shop section of your inventory.

Same thing happened to me as John. It wasnt put there for me, I didnt get it at all yesterday, I'll try again today and see if it arrives.

Got a log-off prize yesterday.
Logged on today, got the note to check cash shop. It's not there, nor in cash inventory.
Gonna try in 3 days as it says, but somehow I don't think I will receive it.

Yeah, I just checked those accounts myself and the prize was there. Apparently they thought that 3 days thing applied to this and did a minor alteration without thinking things through. The 3 day notice was for a free 2x drop or 2x exp useable coupon that went alongside the prizes. It seems like it is still working, but it is going to confuse a lot of people like myself with the notice coming up right away despite the goods not being given at that time.
