I think that the hammers are just in Galacia. I combed Bello's FM and couldn't find any.

I haven't seen any in Khaini either, and I go through the FM several times a day.

Curiousity to experiment killed me, i used two on a wg, both failed no explosion. With the in game data provided from shikage and me testing, they definitely seem to be clean slates with no chance of exploding.

You ought not feel that bad if you are concerned about the hacking aspect, I remember when he was on a different character many current, "pro" people ingratiated themselves to him hoping that he'd rub some hacking dust on them. After all, anything can be overlooked when you are benefiting. Hypocritical but human nature. I have nothing to use these scrolls on, nor do I really have the mesos to spend testing what the data now tells me won't blow things up.

In case anyone was curious, i decided to test some more, used 9 of them and passed 1/9, the 8 failed did not explode, so as the data insists, i can pretty much now confirm they dont explode lol. I know it says it in the data, but i'm still paranoid about things like this when i could possible explode my items lol.

Where did you come across these, anyways?

Bought them from a shop in free market, i personally haven't come across these first hand as of yet. If i find any information, i'll be sure to note and share though.

In kMS we get both of those (clean slate scrolls and golden hammers) from events.
