It seems that Nexon doing a test. They secretly put some low-value alien equipment on Gachapon and then watch our reaction. If players go to Nexon forums and rage as hell saying that Nexon lied about bringing VPQ back, they will just remove it saying it was a mistake and that they're still working on bringing VPQ back. If the opposite happens and players LIKE the idea of alien weapons on Gachapon, then they'll put the rest of the alien equipment (VIP included) and completely forget about VPQ.

Or Nexon could just be screwing up with my mind making me think that they're executing a secret plan that is way to complex for them when they are just trying to farm more NX.
