Legit/Illegit CHTP?

Can someone fill me in about the whole hacked/glitched CHTP's thing? I hear the 70 stat ones are illegit and are subject to be removed at anytime during a future SC, is this correct?

Also, does the same thing apply for +40 stat CHTP's?

70 stat ones are illegal and Nexon reserves the right to remove them without notice at any time, probably because the notice was months ago and some items got skipped over.

When 70stats were out, i had TONS of mesos. I really regret not buying one.

I've been informed that CHTPs come with 3 slots now. If that's true then 40 stat ones become "illegit". If anyone can disprove/prove this then do so please.

Can't scroll them more than twice, like the way you can't egg regular ones more than once. I don't know why but, you can egg CHTPs twice for some reason.

This is true
They don't become "illegit" they become "nerfed". I'm pretty sure it was normal back then to have 4 slots, but then they felt that the stat boost was too great AFTER big bang that they needed to lower the slots to 3.
