They used to be very very rare.
Then they became not very rare, they've been dropping at MP3 since we got that area, but maybe once every few hours.
Now they drop a LOT, both at MP3 and, as Rick said, at Jr. Cellions.

... grumble grumble ... useless crap filling up inventory ...

I've seen 2 drop from 1 mob of Fire Drakes >_>

Curse eyes drop Black bull deeds like holy ass now as well. <__<; Found like...6 while doing the sign board quest. ....It was only 33 god damn kills man. We don't need them to drop THAT often....

I hope Nependeath's Honey is common too. Is it guys?
Btw, Ancient Scrolls drop like candy from Dark Stone Golems now.

Took around 5~10 minutes for me to find a Nependeath Honey.

The horrible spawn in the map is really the only thing slowing you down.

That drop is worth next to nothing, sadly. Sorry.

On the subject of quest items dropping more often, although this is actually a good thing, the State-Held Rices now drop in stacks of 3-10 from Retz. Now you can actually finish all the KFT quests in under an hour.
