Lilin's Hairstyle

I can't figure out whether not Lilin's hair is VIP or REG, someone once stated Royal but it seems royal is no longer available at the moment, also when it does are old hairstyles for it still available or only the new ones they release? So I was wondering if anyone knew? Lilin's hair was uploaded in the big bang patch and anything related to that topic it just simply stated:
"Lilin's Hair (Color)
Cash Shop Item"

So, sorry if it's been answered recently - I couldn't find a topic on it.

Basically:
Lilin's hair: Royal, VIP, or REG?
And is old royal hairstyles still available when it's put back in?

I wanted it for my Battle Mage. It wasnt announced so i assumed it wasnt in game yet, but added to the data.

I used 3 reg tickets in Edelstein Salon, just incase they implemented it without a notice, but i didnt get it so i just VIP'd to Cecilia Twist and stopped myself from charging another 10k lol.
