Blury video playback.

When running any type of video, the video playback is very blocky and blurry. And lines are intense and it's very strained.

My current card is a Sapphire HDRadeon 5670 1gb.

Could be the actual video doing that and it's nothing on your end.

Even though it says 720p resolution video, remember that the person who recorded the original video probably also had his graphics set to maximum performance levels rather than maximum quality levels as well, which is why the video has "aliasing" (blocky graphics) in it.

That and using a poor scaling font too.
