Level 37 guildy tried talking to Mariwaka to start them, but she had nothing to say to him.
I thought it might be because he's a Pirate, so I checked on a level 19 Warrior - no "Actor Training" in Available Quests.
Were they removed? When? Why?

Well, a while back Movie Star was changed to over 40 while Actor Training was under 40. Not sure about now.

No, Movie Star is still "Under Level 40", otherwise, several of my character would have access to it. :|

Silly Nexon! They changed some of the text w/o changing the actual requirements. You must be level 40 to start the quests and you must finish them all before you level. Otherwise you will get stuck. I did them on my DB a little while ago..

I believe Actor Training is 40+ while Movie Star is 40-. So you have to do both on level 40.
