Dual Blade Mask/Explorer Quests.

First I want to know how the Dual Blade masks quests work. Is it a light bulb that only appears at level 20 or level 20 and above? And if you level to 40 without getting the level 20 mask is it possible to get both the level 20 and 40 mask?


When you start an Explorer quest on your Dual Blader before they advance is it possible to finish it as a Dual Blader?

Yes to the first, I don' know to the second, Yes to the third, and btw dual blades are explorers......
