Let me explain my situation with a little story:
I started maple about 2 years and a half ago in EMS. About 4 of my friends played GMS and I decided to go play that. One of my friends had an account for me which only had as highest character a level 14 archer. 2 years later I've a 136 Corsair, 120 Blaze wizard and 105 Aran. I know the account name, old password & Pin, PIC and birthday. Today, while I tried to log in, I was asked to change my password, now asking for my birthday AND last name. The last name of said friend didn't work and he has moved away so Í can't ask him (I doubt that he would remember).
So my question is, if your account gets blocked if you don't change your password within a certain time or don't have acces to the email of the account and is there any way I could reverse that by contacting nexon? I took a lot of time to build up my characters and I've purchased like 200 euro's worth of nx as well so I don't want to lose them.
