I can't chat in Maple Story?

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
So let's see..ummm. What I mean about "I can't chat in Maple Story" is that first I CAN chat in the game for a while. But later on I am NOT able to chat in-game. Meaning I can't say "JPQ" and things like that. I can still walk and all that stuff but I can't talk/chat in-game. I've tried reseting the game, but I wasn't able to log in cause I wasn't able to type out anything. So the only thing that fixes this is that I reset my computer, isn't there another way to fix this besides resetting my computer everytime I get this "bug" or something?

You should try this:

To fix loss of functionality to the keyboard, press the keys Alt and Control on both sides of the keyboard twice.

Stretching the chatbox causes, and fixes it.. I think, or was that another bug? <_<

Only other bug like that I remember is the keyboard one, where pressing the Windows flag twice screws up the keyboard, and makes all kinds of keys into hot keys(R opening 'run', space bar bringing up desktop, etc). That one was annoying when I didn't know how to fix it, lol.
