Edit - Ninja'd bad, Tab open for a while unviewed and just read now.

Edit 2 - You guys are confused because you're reading ツ wrong. ツ (tsu) is used as a double consonant in this example. Notice how small it is compared to the rest? If you have Japanese IME, type in "Burakku" and see how it comes out.

Just like how ポケットモンスター has that small ツ in it as well, for "Pokettomonsuta"
