I know there are such programs, but that's so easy to spot even if you don't have the watermark. It's not the same as having an actual person who actually reacts to the person on the other side of the screen. You wouldn't be able to catch the dumbest of idiots with that unless you entered the chat, said something fast, then left before they can really get a good minute with the video.

Besides, I'd have to search online for a video of some kid looking at the camera and typing.
