Can cygnus go to neo tokyo?

ANYBODY can go to Future Toukyou. There is no restriction on the job classes that can enter, unlike CWKPQ. All you have to do is complete the entrance quest and you can enter.

Cygnus can also go into kMS version of Neo Tokyo, I know cause I did some of the quests of my Striker.

Of course they can. What would be restricting them? Cygnus characters may have a little trouble with the elemental resistances, but Aran will do as fine, if not better than an Adventurer.

Why wouldn't I mean Aran? You have to include all classes, since neither Cygnus nor Aran were implemented when Future Toukyou was created.
