The same people who will spend 100-130m on a Chaos scroll that only works a little above half the time and can actually make their equipment worse. Plus the fact that people sometimes pay 40m for 2 more attack on an item.

Isn't it worst on MSEA? Chaos scroll is priced at around 300mill even before the deflation and yet the demand for it is extremely high.
