You can do that yourself by looking at hidden street keeping in mind that you have to be within 10 levels of the monster.

But here's a list I put together.

Are you sure about these two? When the event started, I took my level 47 Cleric on to see if she had any cards available that my level 43 Mage couldn't buy, and the lists were exactly the same. (and didn't have either of them)

Yes. I just checked on a level 46 character and they could buy both King Clang and Alishar.

Could there be some reason they show up at 46 but not 47? Or maybe you need to do something to trigger them?

Okay guys, I figured it out. King Clang, Timer, Alishar, and Mushmom all unlock at level 50. The game rounds up.

Just to clarify, does Tienk update the cards made available? I'm lvl 79 yet I can't get the Frankenroid or Eliza card. The cards remained the same ever since I first tried exchanging my leaves.

Well, according to the post above you, they should unlock when you're level 80, because it only unlocks on levels at multiples of 10. (Unless you were the right level at the beginning of the event.)

Not saying that that works. o_O Can't confirm it since my bishop is too high, and I'm not leveling my secondaries because of the LPQ glitch. But that's what I'm gathering from that post.

Oh ok, I didn't know that cards unlocked on lvls of 10. I just thought that once you were within 5 levels, they would unlock. Thanks!
