Computer Keyboard issue

Posting this for ray:

Right, so I figured out what causes the problem, it's the latest Windows Update. I have to System Restore every single time I turn my computer on, which isn't fun. Just adding some information here.

EDIT : Now that I think about it, it could also be HackShield, but I doubt that.
