They can DC you anywhere, at least they can in Broa. They've been holding HT for weeks.

N3il01 was perma banned on Bera recently for using the DC hack. He has been scamming/hacking ever since I started the game and has never been banned but they got him for this. He lost billions in mesos and items and a ton of nx

Nexon could act faster if they start to lose clients.

But the truth is that every single company earning hundred of thousand of dollars with his product (no matter the kind of product), wont do react fast to the problems unless their profits are affected by them.

Okay I will clarify a few things.

There are two types of D/C hacks out at the moment.

One is a spammer, which spams text. People lag really badly where their screen just freezes, then sometimes they will D/C.

The other type is a bit more complicated. There are packet editors going around. People have released packets that will D/C depending on your pet. The packets are pet specific, however sadly, the packets for every single pets have been released.

Hopefully now it is clearer.

I know it sucks right now, but I think ultimately this widespread release will turn out to be a good thing. Remember, Nexon didn't (or possibly couldn't) fix the guild hacks until nearly every guild in every server was no more. I want every weenie who is capable of downloading this thing to have it, and make the FM into a ghost town. Then, maybe this will finally get patched and we will be safe for a few more months.

Maybe we can lobby them for Maple Points to replace the lost value of our shop permits we can't use, and our mushroom stores nobody can stay connected long enough to buy from.

^ No, they'll just give us free 2x, and not fix the issue.
