Fraps help

Anyone know why Youtube keeps rejecting my Fraps clips? It wont process.

Im not really good with videos, so any help would be appreciated. I dont know what other programs to use or how to change video format.

Well if you are uploading it raw, then it's probably over the file size limit. If you want to compress it just use something simple like Movie Maker since it comes free with most versions of windows.
