It means you can download 59063 kb/s (7382.875 KB/s) and upload 567 kb/s (70.875 KB/s), or roughly around there.

It also means you go to OSU.

Your school probably either caps upload or it's used too heavily (think torrents lool) that you only get that much.

In any case, it probably doesn't affect your browsing, judging from your ping.

What exactly do these numbers mean? Like what would be an adequate speed to compare our own numbers with?

Anyway, this is the one I use in the dorm. Seems inferior to everybody else's Sad

Err, that's up for you to decide, I suppose. For comparison's sake, dial-up is commonly advertised as 56 kilobits per second (even though it never was actually that fast), so a dial-up connection would get under 56 for both.

If you take the numbers on your test and divide it by 8, that's the speed you would typically see when you download or upload something.

For example, 9000 kbps would mean you can download at 1125 KB/s, which is a little over 1 megabyte either being received or sent in a second.
