Archmages meteor / blizzard core/node enhancements

[COLOR="#0000FF"]Would anyone happen to know if meteor and blizzard enhancements affect only their initial attack, or does it affect the passive proc's damage too?

(asking for a friend who doesn't have enough damage to farm cores efficiently to level up her meteor enhancement just for testing)[/COLOR]

The skill Meteor Shower Boost (400004050) has the value psd listed, which means it passively increases the damage of another skill. There's another value, named psdSkill, which lists whatever skill is enhanced by it (this isn't only for this skill, but any skill with a clear damage boost that has certain values listed), and it lists skill IDs 2121007 (the initial Meteor Shower) and 2120013, which is Meteor Shower's final attack. The same thing applies for Blizzard, but with the corresponding skill IDs.
