I believe this should apply to the new Clean slate and Innocence scroll options in the scrolling menu. I think the Clean Slates turn into 10% chance and the inno is 40?

Innocence goes to 45%. It's a 30% scroll and it's affected in the same way the other 30% spell trace scrolls are.

Oh, I wasn't sure if they'd give it a special exception due to the nature of the scroll.
