Installing/uninstalling maple
#1
Whenever i try to install/uninstall maple i get this error:

"Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:/WINDOWS/Installer/Maplestory.msi"

Then it rolls back the progress bar in the installer and gives me something like a fatal installation error.

Anyone know a fix? Frown

.msi is the zipped archive that the exe unzip to install, maybe ur windows is deleting it right after it get unziped because it is a temp file :f6:

if you have winrar, try right clicking on ur mssetup.exe and extract it to any folder, or try opening the exe with winrar

Ohh, i think i remember deleting that manually. I was defragging and it showed the location of a rar file which was in the temp folder, so i just deleted it.

Crud. >_>

You can use winrar like that? I don't think it has the option to do that if i right click it. o_o

Edit: Nope, can't do it. Unless i'm doing it wrong.

I'm having a similar problem.

I uninstalled and deleted maple from my computer but it had Maple listed 2x under the control panel. After deleting one, whenever i tried to delete the other i get a error 1913.A

How do I get rid of it so that I can install a different version?
