Compensation for December 13 – 14 Connectivity Issues

Due to the connectivity issues during the scheduled 2x EXP & Drop event on Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14, we have decided to give the following compensation. Please see below for details:

• All accounts created before December 15, 2014 at 1:00 PM Pacific will be able to receive a Pendant of the Spirit (3-day).
  • To receive the item, click the gift box icon on the left side of the game window.
    
  • You are limited to one item per account.
    
  • You must have a Lv. 30 or above character to collect the Pendant of the Spirit.
    
  • You must log into the game between the following date and times to receive the item: <strong class="notice"/>

    • Pacific: 12:00 AM Wednesday, December 17, 2014 – 11:59 PM Wednesday, December 31, 2014
      
    • Eastern: 3:00 AM Wednesday, December 17, 2014 – 2:59 AM Thursday, January 1, 2015

There's probably a pre-planned 2x for this weekend? (which in the past would say "compensation") At least we get something :/

The logical compensation for interruptions during 2x should be 2x buffs/coupons. Heck, I'd prefer if they just gave 2x buffs like that weekend event instead of doing server wide 2x. Not like anyone appreciates the lag.

Sure, at least we get something, but I feel like this is pretty lame. I have tons of coupons for week long versions of these things, and my pendant is too important for me to replace it in most situations.

There are so many year long pendants out there it makes this a joke

The really ironic thing about this is that to get any use out of a pendant of the spirit you need to stay connected for hours.
