Sales have begun, in cash shop Special Promotions -> Black Friday

Also permanent clothes and effects.
No quantity limit listed.

I just looked through the pages on the site and I must say, this year's sales are actually pretty damn good. I noticed they're even bringing back some of the clothing they discontinued/removed from the Cash Shop (I think?), so that's pretty neat too.
I won't be spending as much as I usually would, but I might pick up some of the clothing for fun and maybe the new permanent faces as well.

At least they didn't overdo it with the limited quantity sales, this time.

I'll probably end up buying some equip cover items, and maybe a pack or two of cubes.

Yeah, I like that the limited-quantity sales aren't on the items everybody was clamoring for.
I was going to get mad at the limited-quantity transparent package (and also about the fact that it was a package again), but then I saw the items were available individually and at unlimited quantities the next day. Didn't compare prices but I figure that's fair. (Also nice that they let us know in advance, so people who only need one item or two won't agonize over whether to try for the package or not).
