I have decided to develop a new program that will be used to recruit additional members for our Volunteer Forum Moderation (VFM) team! I would like to introduce to you guys - The MapleSprout Apprentice Program!
This is a permanent program that will be run in conjunction with our current VFM program, and will be used to facilitate the development of new and potential candidates to the VFM program itself.
Chosen members of this program will be an "Apprentice" to one of our current Volunteer Forum Moderators for a trial period, during which they will be trained in the workings of our community, as well as learn how to handle forum moderation and be tested on their abilities! Once a trial period is completed successfully, we will make the decision to convert eligible participants into full-time Volunteer Forum Moderators. We hope to use this program to find suitable candidates for us in the long-haul, and, as such, we would like to officially open up applications for V.1.0 of this program!
