The Saint's Haven Royal Guard has taken a special interest in General Ummanba. He has caused enough trouble for the Guard to call a Bounty Hunt.
On August 21, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time, the bounty hunt will commence. Kill General Ummanba as many times as you can in 30 minutes.
When the Bounty Hunt concludes, 2 Dragon Eggs will given to every account on the server. The eggs will be available for pickup in Special Storage until 6:00 PM, Pacific time. Do your part, citizen. Lead an attack on General Ummanba and curtail his influence, if but for a short time.
