Upgrade to SW gear

Can someone remind me the requirement to upgrade lvl 140-150 equips to SW?
And if the upgrade fails, the item can be destroyed?

10 Commerci Denaro per attempt, with a 3% success rate. If the upgrade fails there is no chance the item will be destroyed.

All upgrade slots need to be used on the item you wish to transpose into a Sweetwater item. It doesn't matter whether or not it was a successful scroll enhancement, or if you used hammers.

Simply put, the equipment has to state: Upgrade slots available: 0.

Your equipment will also be reduced by 1 star, but will keep the stats. In other words, 1 star your equip before you transpose for free stats.

Also, you get 10 attempts to transpose per day.

I hope the rate hasn't gone down, I've failed 118 transpositions so far.

If you manage to get an Upgrade Anvil, it will change the success rate to 50%, although I'm not sure if they drop anymore/what bosses they drop from.

Does the item need to be rare/uniqe or something?

It doesn't need to have potential. But if it does, the potential rank will transfer. (Not the actual lines, just the rank. e.g., if your original item was Unique, the SW item will become Unique too).

Anvils drop from the bosses on Commerci voyages. Rarely.

ive gotten 2 anvils from southperry trade route forgot which boss. tossed them both cause i didnt need and cant service it since the equip becomes untradable
