Best way to Farm Coins?

Title. If opening boxes: where is best spawn rate/killing pattern for lvl 200+?
Mini games appear to be monsteropoly and single card are best: you at least get one per game 3 if you win but they take a long time to play out. I did not get one coin from memory game after all 10 games and yes i did win a few.
Any ideas are appreciated

Warrior Grounds to farm box and elite mob/boss at the same time. But opening the boxes is a pain because of that stupid pop up.

And apparently clicking is faster than hotkey.

I've just been playing mini-games trading Yut wins with friends' mules. These boxes are the worst thing ever and we can't even farm them in Evo anymore.

Works as long as you have stance. The point of getting all the pet equips to loot their drops. Of course the old afk beam dance thing works too

Oh, did they fix the problem with not seeing other people's drops? Or is the pet able to get them all in the ~15 seconds that they are visible?
