It's done in the style of Hiimdaisy. She made the Persona 4 affectionate parody comics. I semi-spoiled myself skimming the comics so I can find the page where that pose is from:

If you are referring to the pictures themselves, I think it's Raven, Eve, Ara from elsword and the 4th is phantom from maplestory?

No not the images themselves, they're very obvious (as I did play both games). But I got my answer obviously, I wanted to know because I wanted to make my own version of these and didn't want to take credit. Rolleyes
