Burn damage

How do i calculate it again? I remember reading it somewhere, but can't find it.

I know it's X% of the FT + Amp%, but not much more than that.

Blitzkrieg said it was 5% of the original hit, Amp aside. So if you hit a 1000, it does 50 damage per second.

Amp, I presume, adds the % in its description to that, so when maxed it's 10%.
