From what I read, they actually contacted companies in charge of those games for them to advertise the poll and whatnot. Some games are even offering free stuff if you vote for them, I don't see why anyone takes it so seriously when the whole thing is so ambiguous and random that is more like a joke. I don't think any serious developer would take it as anything other than an irrelevant poll that has no meaning whatsoever. I want LoL to lose so that everyone can realize just how painfully stupid this thing is but I doubt that'll happen.
The only thing that I just can't understand is why would people vote for ms for "best FREE to play", FREE. FREE. FREE.[SIZE=1][/SIZE]

I'd be more drawn to vote if this was separated by genre. It just doesn't seem right comparing MOBAs to MMORPGs to FPS to those card game types.

MapleStory won again and it's now Maple vs SMITE.
SMITE kicked the competition so heavily in this round it should be a short match.

After I quit apparently a lot of accounts got leaked or something and tons got hacked :< |
