recube？ trade ? or sell?

So I just got this 21% dex on my unique reinforced engraved gollux belt. I am looking for % str though. Should I recube, sell or trade for str? If sell, how much I should try to sell for? Any reply would be appreciated. I am in Bellocan.

One guy offered me 2b on this. Should I make that deal？ Recubing is too risky...

Are you aiming for 21% STR in particular? You could always try and trade for a slightly lower % STR.

go for a trade. some people DO trade Str for Dex, but you will need to keep asking and be lucky.
in the mean time, work on other pieces
