Can't buy this item..?

Is my game broken? Getting this error when I was trying to buy this item in the free market today.. I did not disconnect, but it shows this message every time you try to purchase the item. Wondering if it's just me or not? Yay.

I tried to buy that mount the other day and got the same error. I think it may be an item-generated mount. I can buy other items just fine.

Nah, it's one of the new mounts of the month from Gachapon, it's just bugged. Can't trade it either, and I'm not about to try drop trading it.

Ah, well thanks for clearing that up.
I know in Scania there's still quite a few generated mounts floating around, so I figured they had found out a way to do that with a newly released one.

The medal is bugged. Both myself and someone else in Bellocan were stuck at 49/50 (I reset it by accident to 0/50 after using ~6 more mounts and getting frustrated).

Get really frustrated when I buy a mount and it disappears the next day.
