Open Job Advancement Keep Stats

For anyone who tried the job change,

1. Inner ability is kept?
2. Persoanlity traits is kept?
Bonus: Washed HP is intact?

Not sure about washed hp, but all other stats remain the same with the exception of pirates who get a str/dex trade since their jobs have different main stats.
