Is there even a point in leveling up Honor level anymore?

I go out of my way to pick the medals up, but I'm not sure if there's even a point in doing it since I'm afraid of upgrading my Inner Ability to the point where the free circulators become worthless and being stuck with a bad set.

Is there a real point to Honor level anymore now that all three slots are given to you by leveling up? Or should I just ditch the medals and free up a Use slot?

If you use the free circulators you'll never end up getting trapped into the Legendary tier, so there's no worry about that. Once your Honor Level hits 31 you get like 3 circulators every 20% or something.

If you already have the lines that you want, then yeah there's no point in leveling up your Honor more. But if you have less than Unique and/or want to go for a specific line, then you might as well keep picking up the medals for more circs (especially since going from Unique > Epic can happen). In a nutshell, there's no point in leveling Honor just for the sake of leveling up.

Given how circulators are the biggest b'itches ever and refuse to go to unique and love to go from unique to rare, i am glad to be stuck at legendary.

New question: Is there a list of what bonuses are available for which tier?

Wondering what the best bonuses I can get without Legendary are. I read somewhere that you need Legendary for the Attack Speed one, but don't know what I should try to aim for without Legendary.

Rare: Nothing, move on
Epic: 19% buff duration or 6 w.att, rest is crap
Unque: 32% buff duration, 15% crit rate, 5% boss dmg, 15 w.att rest is crap.

Edit: You can also get 8% drop rate on epic and 13% on unique, but rarely anyone want to stick to that.

I hate being stuck on Legendary Tier Inner Ability, especially because I have FOUR stacks of honor medals, and [strikethrough]three stacks[/strikethrough] one stack of circulators.
I keep hoping nexon will release some sort of IA-Reset scroll...

The drop rate IA is not much but useful to some extents I guess. Every bit helps. If you're a Xenon, 25All unique line isn't bad for a start.

I'm not a fan of being forced to use NX to circulate myself on my Phantom. Especially how hard it is to get the lines I want.
