I believe on my last count I had 454% dex with rank 1 dojo gloves, and around 1.9k attack (goddamnit new UI) - both unbuffed. Shoes are 12-star, belt/cape are 10-star.

Are you looking for anything specific? My Emblem (27% TD, 18% att) gives over 500k range alone.
