Hmm...I thought that this was some preview content for a Hyperdimension Neptunia-like anthropomorphism series involving internet browsers. At the very least, I thought it was a fan or animation student's homage to that series.

A bit of it sorta looks like Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex's representation of the net when her abilities visualize.. and.. she's likely going to crash within minutes at least lag considering her IE powers are bound to fail.

So when is the Firefox, Google Crome, and safari anime girls coming out?.....

They seem to have come a long way with magical girl fighting scenes. I'd watch.
