We get to find out the winner November 9th. I'm really curious to see who wins, so I can write some quip about how terrible/sparkly their costume was.
Althought I'd like to point out that Miss Nicaragua won Best National Costume. Yeee~ they kind of deserve it. I've lived there for a little while and they kind of need some sort of pick-me-up. Country's kind of in the shits atm.

Also yes, nothing says "Girl Power" like a 18-wheeler truck/transforming robot in a line of toys/cartoons marketed towards boys. It's not even a cool looking costume, USA kinda stands out amongst all those elegant women by being a bit ridiculous.

Finlands dress is okay, northern light inspired and stuff, but the miss Finland isn't anything special this year. I see blondes like that at the streets every day, boring. Girls with deep brown eyes and dark features win any day

As for USA, I guess they were mistaken about the event... This was not comic-con.

If nothing else it's the only unique costume.

The rest are expected/10 for this kind of stuff.
