Pre-ordered Y a few weeks ago, and if I wasn't getting a laptop for my birthday, I'd also get one of the DS's with it. I was also about to pre-order X as well but decided not to since Y should hold me out for long enough.

This might be a slight case of OCD speaking here but it really bothers me that the poll bar colour for X is red and the colour for Y is blue.

X. Clauncher is all the reason I need. I don't use Legendaries anyway, so I don't care if Xerneas is a big derpy looking deer.

getting X because I flipped a coin at the register and fate told me.
Get Y later because I seem to have money issues after having spent god knows how much money on this 3DS, pokemon, and fire emblem .___. I feel dirty for picking the blue cover version, but I'll not argue with a good coin flip from my lucky coin. On the plus side, I got the red pokemon X/Y 3DS so I'm happy either way

Agreed with a friend that she's getting X and i'm getting Y.
We're planning to trade whatever is exclusive to eachother, minus the legendaries. I love Yveltal.

I was planning on playing X and Y as simultaneously as I can, and preordered both frrom the same store, albeit X online and Y in person. However, since it comes out on the 12th (a Saturday) and Canadian Thanksgiving is on Monday the 14th, I'm not sure when I'm going to get my copy of X (since it has to be shipped to me). I know that games like GTA V get shipped early to some people, but I'm not really expecting that, and I'm afraid I'll be so far ahead in Y by the time I get X.
 #firstworldproblems I still plan on playing it without relying on Bulbapedia for movesets and EVs, though. (Having EVs visible is a big help.)
