I was wondering, when I saw the request, how quickly they could get on it once you respond with a "YES" - which could come days after they ask for it.

I am able to enter Monster Life on my main without error 38.

Is it really fixed, or just a temporary reprieve? Only time will tell.

Mine lasted longer, but now I am back with my Error 38.
I don't know whether it was midnight that killed it, or the fact that I switched to my Dawn Warrior (I didn't go into Monster Life on it, just set skills and did a couple quests), but when I switched back to my Hero she couldn't reach the farm anymore

In the mean time, my new ticket about the issue is in "Work in progress".

Hopefully they understand what I'm talking about, this time.

Better than before, indeed. The ticket's status was also changed to "Need More Info". In fact, it asks me to provide additional info, but I really don't know what to tell them. They didn't ask for anything in the answer.
