Because JoeTang is known to take shots at Locked. Seems that most people have no idea who TagerBustah is, and the message came out as whiny and inconsiderate.

I certainly didn't feel like what TagerBustah said was a joke, but to each their own.

OT: This patch seems like more of a minor buff than a revamp. I'm still waiting to see Shadower/Buccaneer changes, though.

Well if true then I have nothing left to complain about with the i/l update other than the look of elquines and lack of freezing.

They decided that 2000L was a good value to put in a 64 bit integer. Also, I learned more about how Nexon codes data.

There is a specific block type called 0x14 which, until today, I did not know it was coded like this.

So yeah, they coded the value 2000L to be in a 64 bit integer. What the hell. Maybe it's because they're changing how mesos work? Since mesos are a 64 bit integer now, right? This was a property specifically related to mesos.
