Blue Screened

Um I Keep getting this problem, whenever I try logging onto MS it goes through the Nexon logo stuff then when it is suppose to get to the log in screen I get blue screened, does anyone know whats wrong and how do I fix it?

there are many different types of blue screens. Next time it happens, take note of what it says on the screen.

If the blue screen goes away too fast, you can stop it by doing the following (windows xp only)

right click on my computer > select properties > go to the "Advanced" tab > click on "Settings: button under "Start up and Recovery" > uncheck "Auto restart" > Click "OK" and wait for your machine to BSOD lol

Um it doesn't say anything Its just a blue screen and it doesn't go away

What version of windows are you on? for XP and Vista BSoDs look like so:

See at the top where it says "PAGE_FAULT_NONPAGED_AREA"? That's some info that we need.

Also see the bottom where it says "Technical Information"? That's info.

I thought Vista's BSODs were black and not blue.
