They spawn very rarely in C-3. Try there.

just to add on to what isaac said, two of them spawn at the bottom of c-3 every now and then. definitely not very often; I can only find them on kMS when everyone's sleeping lol.

Two D-Roys every 30 minutes in C-3..

Same for the Homunscullo.. Every 30 mins in room 202.

i was wondering why those homuns didn't respawn after killing all the other mobs in the room (they were interesting looking wish they changes places with one of the other homuns sprite wise)
