Fullscreen not supported for MS-DOS
#1
So I have a moment of nostalgia and I downloaded D-Generation to play. But upon clicking the .exe file, I get an error that DOS fullscreen mode is not supported. I even tried tinkering with the properties and alt+enter (yes, it should work for DOS as well as MapleStory).

Is there a way around this? Or is it impossible for me to enjoy D-Generation? =(

How can you ALT + Enter when the thing won't even run?

Try opening up command prompt, navigate to the folder with the .exe of the game type /? behind it and see if there is an windowed option.

It's a vista thing that you can't run it in full screen.

Some say opening up CMD and adjusting the visual properties there works. Give it a try.

I can alt+enter when I can open the command prompt >_> It gives me the same error message actually xD

I've heard that the game in question has a windows mode to it, but it's from the latest update of the game, which happens not to be available for some reason >_> (or at least I can't find it)

You're talking about an old DOS game, right? Try DOSBox, a DOS emulator. You can toggle DOSBox from windowed to fullscreen with alt-enter.
