2) Are there any other ways to get VL Coins apart from fighting actually fighting him, like from quests?

3) What do Purification Totems do?

1. 120 I believe, and have all the prequests done.
2. No.
3. Use them to Purify the coins that VL drops. 50 Totems are required for a Grey Coin and 100 Totems are required for a Gold Coin.
