Is Lunar Tide based on a percentage or an actual number?

Title.

Lunar Tide keeps on alternating between both of its states, so I was just wondering.

It's based on percent of your max HP & MP remaining.

Advice: Get sp reset on sunday and turn down mg to lvl 0, until you get to lvl 160. Next to useless almost everywhere and gets in the way more than actually helping.

^Unless you keep kissing painful mobs e.g. at Cornians. But for lower levels just keep it down... helps in the DPS a great deal.

I don't even take much damage to start with. Without SMG, I'd be dead in a few hits, with the way I train.
