Why not just do it through the site?

I sent them this information through a ticket, and they responded. Didn't get the mail change because the account was banned, but yeah, confirming that they actually check.

I had to get an email change because gmail deleted the email to one of my accounts. I submitted a ticket and they told me to send them proof that I was the owner of the account, so I faxed them a copy of my driver's license and got my account back within a couple days. I don't know if your form works but I would definitely submit a ticket first.

It was an email that was part of a cable account. I can't access it anymore so it makes the whole process through the website worthless.

If you can still log into the account at Nexon's website and submit a ticket there's no problem if you were going to fax them a form anyway. I didn't have access to my account and they still got it for me.

I can't because it's currently in that "password verification" loop.
