Watch it be that awful Felyne PSP game, just because.
MH4 would be interesting, but it's not even out in Japan yet so for some reason I highly doubt it. I don't think Capcom has ever announced a MH game for the US before it was released in Japan. Could be wrong though, but with their tendency to wait far longer than necessary or warranted to announce a game in the US, it's probably TriG.

I know MH4 isn't out in Japan yet. But they only said we'd be getting a game, not when. (They've also been saying we'd be getting a game for half a year now and what have we gotten? Not a thing since Tri)

Yes, which is more likely it will be MHTG than MH4, because they have yet to announce any MH game since MHF2 (That's when I joined the series so I don't know prior) BEFORE they released it in Japan. They usually wait at least a year, so this is why MHTG is more than likely.

Apparently it's Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, going to be on both Wii U and 3DS. Was just announced on the Wii U conference.
Interesting feature (about the only thing said): Going to be able to share progress between the 3DS and Wii U versions seamlessly.

You're pretty much out of luck there. Especially outside of Japan.
MH tri on wii sold better than all the Sony console versions combined. That + Nintendo paying for a heavy marketing push for the games (something sony didn't do), as well as taking on all publishing duties for Capcom, noen of which sony did, and it's incredibly easy to see why the MH franchise has been taking a shine to Nintendos consoles.
But no, one franchise means they're sucking nintendos tit. All those other capcom games they made for 360/ps3 that didn't get a Wii release (or have an announced Wii U version), like Resident Evil 6, Dragons Dogma, Street Fight x TEkken, DMC, Asuras Wrath, Marvel VS Capcom 3 mean nothing.
In fact, now that I mentioned, from what I'm told (having not actually played it) Dragons Dogma was basically a pS3/360 Monster hunter game anyway
