Blah. Well I scanned the General Gaming thread by thread title. Didn't see Ace Attorney 5 nor Gyakuten Saiban 5, so thought I was in the clear to make the thread. Oh well, I doubt this game can contain everyone's hype in a megathread.

My thoughts: if they aren't translating it, I will find a patch and still get the game.

I can only wonder at when this game will take place. Between AA3 and AA4? Nick being able to pick up his badge again after his suspension, and therefore taking place after AA4? There's also the possibly of an alternate continuity, but I'm sure not many people would want that.

It's set just over a year after Apollo Justice. Or the first case is anyway. I assume later cases will be months later, like normal.

I see. Well then, this will be something, a noticeably older Phoenix Wright taking the stand again. It still brings up the question of how he's going to get back his attorney license. Maybe the final case off AA4 was what convinced them to let him become a defense attorney again. Anyways, going to update the opening thread with pictures and a new link.

Inb4 they're his RIVALS. Naw, probably they'll be cameo characters for at least one part of the game.

It'd be cool to let you play a case as Apollo, kind of like how you played as others before.
